I recently bought this car and was hoping if someone Can anyone tell me if this is repairable? Could I put a big washer over it ? Thanks for the input.

I am going to assume you are referring to the sleeve for the Upper control arm mount in the second pic, as the left already seems to have been repaired. Simply using a washer under the nut is not a repair to correct your issue. I would first recommend repairing this before you put this car on public roads.

On to the repair.

You will have to assess how much rust/fatigue there is from underneath.

In the third photo, I put a washer on the other side to balance out the extra thickness of the welded plate. I found another thread with the same issue when I researched a possible repair, but I cannot locate it at the moment. This is of course, assuming there is suitable metal to make a proper repair without replacing the strut tower.
