Adjustable upper control arm?

Hi guys, I had a question. I went in to do an alignment on my 95 gsx and they told me that something is wrong with the rear camber. Anyway this is what the guy wrote:

Inspec steering & suspension. Check Alignment.
Inspected suspension components: ball joints, tie rods, idler arms, pitman arms, springs, shocks, struts, and bushings. Check alignment and printed measurements. Rear toe & R/R camber out of specs. Needs new toe eccentrics, recommend replacing rear tie-rods. Also needs adjustable upper control arm mounting brackets to adjust camber.

Could anyone tell me where I could get a good quality adjustable upper control arm (or the mounting brackets - im not sure) for a decent price?

Also I had another quick question. Is it possible to take the steering wheel off and adjust it's angle?

Yes. Unplug the negative battery cable, let the car sit for 10 minutes, unbolt the airbag from the steering wheel (4 bolts on the back), loosen the nut on the steering wheel, remove the steering wheel (pull really hard). Mark the position of the steering wheel before you take it off using a sharpie or white-out so you can fix the position when you put it back on. Installation of the steering wheel is the reverse of removal.

The second link you posted (Ingall Control Arm Bracket) is the set you'd need for the rear. The first link is for the front.

But why spend $40 for a brand name when all it is is longer bolts and washers? Take a look at the link that Eric posted. It's the same thing, just cheaper and no-name.
