I'm sure someone will be able to give some insight on this.

In the process of removing my entire rear suspension to install the prothane kit and clean up the rear wheel wells, I snapped a bolt due to the rust from the good ol' PA winters.

I'm looking for the bolt that goes through the bushing on the rear upper control arms Holding the mounting bracket in place that bolts to the body.
There are two on each side.

It is 41309AR in that picture. Do they only sell this as the complete assembly or in seperate parts?
Any help would be great.

Why pay premium price for OEM hardware, find out the grade rating of the bolt from the head and replace it with equal or a higher strength bolt, you should probably go ahead and replace all of them if one already broke.

You mean bolt 41393C:
M10 x 1.25 (x 30mm if you plan on inserting washers to adjust camber. Shorter if not by around 4-5 washers thicknesses.).
8.8 hardness minimum.
