Two swapped DSM vehicles, grudge drags

Back in August another member Colt4g63 also and myself found each other at the weekly grudge drags and decided to do some runs. Don't get to excited its only an 1/8th mile track, Hopefully he will put up the videos he took as well.

My vehicle 1998 Dodge Avenger awd, 6 bolt, E3 16g and supporting mods

His vehicle 1990 Dodge Colt awd, E3 16g as well, unknown mods

good clean, fun runs and the launches really surprised everyone

Nice. What'd you end up running?

It ended up being something crappy like an 8.3-8.4, but pretty consistent 85mph hour passes, he was about the same as well, hundreds maybe thousands of a second difference. I think this run we both even got out of the hole a little slower

That's not bad for a minor 16G setup man, not at all. The best I got out of my POS eBay 16G was 90mph in the 1/8th before I ended up parting it out to pay for culinary school. This was through an Auto AWD trans though.

Thanks Dayo, I also had camera problems the first run. If I don't turn it on before staging I just forget about it completely. That vette didn't really know what happened. You were gone before he could! The AWD launches from these two cars is the "wow" factor for anyone watching or not suspecting it.

Sorry man, I haven't updated my location, I'm down in Richmond these days. It's a pretty good group of guys in the DSM scene there though.
