So im actually in the beginning process of getting a ts t3 exhaust manifold welded up. I know you need a wastegate for each side of the manifold but I was thinking today...What if you can somehow weld a wastegate to the compressor housing side of the turbo:hmm: I was just thinking it could control boost right at the turbo, so at the collector when exhaust comes through its about an equal pulse?

^ To do it correctly yes, but it WILL work. However, if you do it correctly, your spool time, and boost control will be better.

Even if you gate on the turbine housing on a twin scroll turbo, it still needs to be divided all the way up to the valve(s). See an EVO8/9 turbine housing for an example.

Yeah I saw that. Didnt Mr. peepers end up doing that or was it somebody else? I saw someone with one wastegate but it was divided up to it. I just dont want to buy two wastegates :(

But I will if I HAVE too:D
