It is back on ebay, no reserve, no buy it now, any bid wins it, just do a search for "twin talon"

i noticed it the a couple of days ago.. didnt he run a 1/4 in the ten's?? i mean 10's are a decent time but youd think - even with weight in consideration - it might have gone faster because i thought he was sayin 400crank for each engine.. guess not though..

how would the transmission work for that thing anyways?

As I recollect he ran 12's with cooling problems. The rear was a front nose clip welded in. I researched this subject a couple of years ago. I actually accumulated the needed parts for my install. But I have a different strategy for that rear engine.........

Edit: Don't know if this was poted on here but a little history

It sold for $4,950. Huge loss. I was gonna bid on it if i had the space for another vehicle. But i can only imagine how much i'd have to dip into both engines LOL. Or use one engine until the other blew. Im wondering if there was anything wrong with the car. I remember seeing it listed for over $20k.

The vid I seen was just a local track when he did it, but he had an insane 1/8 and 50 and 1000 ft times.
Also someone was talking about 2 500hp engines verus one 1000 hp engine. Id go with the 2 500hp. Weight distribution is key a true 50/50 split, and it has 8 cyl to put power down smoother. the key would be to have 2 crank triggers so both engines run 90 degrees off of each other

Im sure he had a reserve on it. No way he took that big of a loss on it.
