Turn signal Nightmare again 2g Talon TSI

My turn signals and hazards are not working, I have had several solution attempts.
My alternator failed on me shortly before this issue arose. the surge fried several fuses and switches. I have replaced my wiper switch because it went haywire. My turn signals began the hyperflash but no signals outside the vehicle just the dash indicator. I replaced my flasher which was a pain to find BTW. The dash indicator returned to normal speed, however still no signal outside the vehicle. I changed my signal wiper switch assembly still no luck . I recently found a 30 amp fuse had been put in my fuse block for my circuit. ... clearly more than needed and im not sure what things I should check and the possible issues it may have caused?

Have you checked the bulbs? also check the wires to the bulbs because they may have fried if they were flowing too much current.

Not yet tracing this weekend . I didnt know if there was any other individual component like a linked relay. A blown bulb stops the entire turn signal circuit?

I had removed my hazard swtich for customizing my center vent incomplete circuit caused turn signals to not work
