turbo swap?

Hey guys i just bought a 2g gsx for 800. It has a 16g turbo on it with ic piping and a g-readdy bov. was thinking about puting it all in my gst because the gsx has a blown head gasket and i dont no how to fix. So my question is what all els should i look in to im not looking for wild power just maybe a little faster spool.

Screw that. How about you put the engine from the GST into the GSX and keep the 16g turbo on the GSX as well.

Then you solve a few problems at once. Like your lack of AWD, and a running GSX.

But i would do the engine swap instead of just swapping the turbos.

Look around your area for a dsm mechanic and have them fix that head gasket.

2g gsx for 800 bucks with upgrades... Pics or it didn't happen...

Get a service manual, pull the head, replace it or get it rebuilt, check the surface of the block for flatness, put the head on and reassemble it. Or find someone in your area to pay to fix it. I think you'll like the AWD...
