Turbo size

I recently put my 96 Eagle Talon in the shop and the guy that was working on it for me talked me into letting him turbo it...i mean i was gonna do it but not anytime soon. But i'm glad to be getting it done....But now ever since my friends found out im getting it turbo'd they have been giving me crap about your gonna blow your engine your turbo is way to big. The guy turboing it is a certified mechanic to do this kind of stuff...but now with everyone telling me i'm gonna blow my engine its getting to me and i'm scared there right...I was hoping someone could help me with this and possibly calm my nerves. heres the specs on the turbo please help...i will greatly appreciate it.



Compressor Specs:
-Ported Shroud (anti surge) T04S compressor housing 4" inlet 2.5" outlet
-CNC machined billet 58mm compressor wheel rated at 605hp

Turbine Specs:
-T31 4 bolt outlet turbine housing available in .63 and .82 A/R
-57mm turbine wheel
Precision bearing housings are all non water-cooled with 1/8"NPT oil inlet and the drain is the standard T3-T4 with M8 threads. Lines and fittings are all available here. Flanges and gaskets are available here.

Any advice you can give me will be appreciated.

DRY ROT what a doucher. Seriously that dude deserves to be shot. I agree get your car back and then sue them for a touch up and i wouldn't even pay for his labor 3 months is unacceptable. At that id give him his parts back and tell him to shove it. That mechanic deserves jackass of the day
