ok Im putting a tranny for this guy and for payment hes giving me a 90 GSX. anyways I looked at the car and it runs great 141,000 miles on it but the turbo is bad I have 2 t3 turbos I could use . So heres my question will a t3 turbo fit on the existing manifold or will I have to get another manni to make it fit or do I need to get a t25 to fit the manni

well how hard is it to put new seals in the turbo? the turbo still boosts and all but it smokes like crazy

The t3's wont fit. You need a turbo with a mitsubishi housing, like a 14b, t25, 16g and so on. Or buy a t3 mani, but you need a lot of supporting mods to run them.
That's not necessarily true, you don't need a mitsubishi compressor housing to bolt it onto the stock manifold, you just need the turbo to have a mitsubishi flange on the hot side. For example, the sbr g series turbos all have garret compressor housings but are still "bolt on" turbos. And yes if you plan on putting a t3 on your car its will take alot to get it to run efficiently, but dont put a t25 on you car, just find someone selling a 14b on the forums, they usually go for a hundred dollars or less.

so could I take the t3 compressor and put it on the 14b exhaust housing and make it work
More like you need to buy an exhaust manifold with a t3 flange to make it work.

so Its not possible to put a t3 compressor on the 14b exhaust housing and bolt it up

No its not, the exception being a T3 ready to bolt on to stock DSM manifold, sold as a specialty item by shops catering to DSM enthusiests. If you had this you would know it.
