1G turbo repair in NH or Mass

I recently blew up the factory turbo on my 1990 Eagle Talon TSi AWB. I am looking for info or help on getting this fixed. I am a total noob with limited mechanical skills. Looking for a reputable repair shop that won't overcharge. Any recommendation appreciated. Also, not sure on what turbo to get. 14G ? 16G ?
