SPAL and use some sort of heat shielding whether it is a shield, coating or wrap. It will make a difference.
 
You can also look into getting a blanket for your turbo, should help out some too.

I have my header wrapped, turbo blanket, o2 housing, and downpipe to the flex section wrapped. It helps tremendously with underhood temperatures.
 
Just another suggestion, if you have your A/C removed you can fit a slim fan (2) in place of the A/C radiator. that should give you alot of room.
