spark plugs melting???

this is what happend after about 4 weeks. they denso denso irridum plugs gapped at .028.. i am bone stock. any idea what is causing this? thanks for any help! the ngk's did the same but lasted only a week.

you could be running lean not enough fuel to air

could i have bad fuel injectors? would that cause this?

I can only see one picture. Looks like oil on your spark plug if that's the case time for a head rebuild.

i know my valve seals are going bad i have to replace those because at idle i have smoke come out.. other than that i dont have any knocks, pings, or tings...wich tells me my head isnt bad, correct? any advise on new injectors would solve this issue? this also tells me at high rmp i kinda get fuel cut{ possibly bad injectors?} i can wiggle and turn my injectors is this a sign there going bad or are bad?
