Creep with a T25, I wouldn't worry about it. I don't think a T25 could out do the stock fuel system if you boosted it to the moon
An HX35 is too much for your stated goals IMO. There are people putting down over 500hp to the wheels with HX35's. Plus, like Indian said, the Holset is far from a bolt on affair. You'll need an aftermarket turbine housing to bolt it up, oil feed/return, modded intercooler piping, dented water pipe, lots of fuel etc. Just take a look at the one of the Holset threads to see what all is involved. Holeset Turbos - Part 7
If I were you I'd go with an EVO III 16g, bigger injectors, fuel pump and an SAFC. I ran a 13.2 a month ago on my old 16g so it should be more than enough for your goals. The only issue I see you having is traction, but welcome to fwd. 16gs are great turbos for a street car. There is a couple guys local to me that have not had any problems with the knock off 16g's. But I still vote to get a MHI unit.
Bishop huh? That's a cool little town, I drove through a few months ago and ate at the carls jr. I bet your the only one for MILES with a modded 1g. My friends and I stopped in Bishop on the way to Mammoth a few years back and ended up camping in Brown's town and partying in Bishop for 4 days. We never made it to Mammoth and we got kicked out of Browns town for making too much noise
. That was one of the best road trips of my life.
Sorry for the off topic post.
