Which of these provide the higher gains? I know turbo-back is already better for sound, I hate high pitched crap. But I was just wondering how much of a gain a turbo-back gives when compared to a cat-back exhaust.

A Turboback is downpipe and all the way back to muffler
A Catback is catylac converter to muffler
And the size of the piping you get should depend on the future plans.. Like if you want to go to a 50 trim or just stop at a 16g...
Turboback is better!
Our car don't make high pitched sounds we are turbocharged!

drink out of a normal straw (turbo back) now pinch the straw in the center half way in (cat-back) what it better?

turbo back is definitely the way to go. replacing the downpipe with the rest of the exhaust will give you a nice power gain. My turbo spooled much quicker after this upgrade and the RPMs drop quicker.
