11.8:1 rich best torque 12.2:1 horsepower stay between those two numbers for gas air to fuel and you'll have good results

Please don't post garbage. Generally speaking 1-3000 rpm would indicate light to moderate cruising or traffic speeds. Your airfuel in these situations should generally be floating around 14.7:1 depending on what fuel you are running. If you are you approaching 3000 rpms and the onset of spoolup your mixture will be a bit richer.

This ^.

If you are going WOT that low in the RPM range, then your target AFR will drop from stoich (14.7:1) to whatever your final AFR target is for high load/RPM; which on pump gas is usually between 10.5:1 and 11.5:1, depending on your setup. The shape of that dropping AFR curve is completely dependent on your setup, and has to be custom configured.

I have a dam link and started to learn how to tune it.

I assume that "a dam link" refers to ECMLink?

I think you have a LOT of reading to do. You may want to start here: engineandecu101 [ECMTuning - wiki]. After that, read the rest of the ECMLink wiki.

First of all you cannot say that is light cruising speed i am not posting garbage you would not know if it was cruising speed unless the tps was not 100%. Most cruising mixtures can get as lean as 16:1, If your throttle is WOT at those rpms you would want a rich mixture 14.7:1 is stoichmetric mixture and best for EMISSIONS when the NOx and CO are at the lowest point. Eclipses come stock with a factory air to fuel around 11:1 to make up for the small intercooler, I have done lots of tunes and 11:8-12:2 is what you would want to shoot for at WOT some people will actually go a little bit leaner to 12:4 but i dont recommend that

WTF.... I'm not going to even go there, but to the OP... I would stongly recommend you take the advice of Calan and myself. We've been in this game for quite some time.

Maybe, if the O2 sensor isn't functioning properly. With a properly working closed-loop setup, AFRs will cycle around an average of 14.7:1.

Actually, it's more like 9.5:1 at WOT... not 11:1.

In an ideal world. But we don't live in an ideal world, so targeting something around 12.0:1 on pump gas is asking for trouble for a majority of DSM owners, depending on the amount of timing advance, octane, blowby getting into the IC piping, etc.

If you can get that lean while maintaining a decent amount of timing and without knocking, great. But it wouldn't be wise for an inexperienced tuner to target that AFR and assume they could hit it.
