tuning ? fuel? what do i do

hey guys im wraping up my project talon as its almost done.
i have 650cc injectors, fuel rail , afpr, exhaust , turbo, ect. ect.
how nessasary it it to have a safc? will my car run fine for now until later on down the road? or ami playing with fire?
i know nothing about tuning but i do have a logger and gauges.
please shed some tuning knowledge on me!
i was originally just going to take it to a shop have it tuned and callit a day but i want to know if i absolutlyneed a safc.
please give me some tuning advice guys or any knowledge about tuning in general.

You are playing with fire. Never change injector size without fuel managment. Car will run like shit. Also wbo2 is very necessary. Dont tune with just a logger.

Get a DSMLink and have a shop tune it. And you'll be ok (if the shop can tune worth a damn).

You have to have some sort of fuel management system in the car if your going to run bigger injectors. Without fuel managment, your injectors will dump a significant amount of extra fuel into the engine causing you to run extremely rich (like big puffs of black smoke out of the muffler), will actually slow down your performance and decrease your gas mileage. SAFC is a great piggyback tuning device and will work fine for most cars.

thanks guys i was planning on buying one and you just helped make my desicion easier.
with the exception of the logger i have and the safc-II i am buying what else should i add i have a mbc now and (water temp. , oil pressure, and boost gauges as well.
any other logical steps right now formy car besides dsm link?
whats the differance between safc-II and the neo? is the neo better?
how hard is safc install and how easy to use for a novice?

I dont have any experience with the Neo and how easy it is to use. The SAFC and SAFC II are pretty easy to use. I could help you get started if you need any pointers. As far as install, shouldnt be too bad if your good with wiring. I would say if you have the II the hardest part would be tapping into the knock sensor because of its position on the engine.

thanks.im going to do some more research and see which one will work best for m. and howi can justify the extra money for the neo and if its worth it.
i was mostly consernedwith the instal not as much as the tuning. if i have any questions i will definitaly ask you so thanksfor the offer.
thanks fully i have a friend who has a shop 10 minutes from my house and have owned 6 dsms in his life so he is willing to helpme tune.
