Trouble installing PTE injectors

I recently bought PTE 1000cc injectors but I haven't got them to seat correctly on the head causing it to leak. Only the port closest to the head is leaking no matter what injector is in it.

This is the stock 2g oring on the PTE injector and it doesn't look right, I have not tried to run it like this. (top picture) But this is what I was told to use with it.


This is the only way I've ran it before and all the injectors sealed except for the last one.
(Bottom picture) These are the orings he gave me with the injectors.

What do I need to do I need help?

I have the PTE 680cc injectors and it looked like the pic on the bottom. They work great with no problems

I set it up like the top picture with just the stock 2g oring and it seems to work fine. I hope this helps anyone else having trouble.
