transmission noise

Grinding noise coming from tranny while in neutral, I also get noise when I am driving and I am at high rpms and I let go of gas you can hear the grinding noise. I am leading to believe its the input shaft. Read some forums of people having same problem and lot said the input shaft. Can anyone give some feed back on this??

I have the same problem with my tranny. It was diagnosed by a tranny shop. I am having the tranny swapped out next week since I dont think it has much longer to live.
