Magnus DSM Billet Transfer Case Cover

EDIT
It doesn't seem that they list the factory specs in their directions, my bad! Well, if nobody helps you I'll pull out the FSM when I get home and I'll post them up here. At least now I'm sub'd so I can quickly find the thread.

Well, I dug through my FSM and found the info but it might not be much help because it's a rotating torque value and if it's out of spec you adjust it by changing the spacer. Here it is, word for word from the FSM...

- Use the existing spacer to assemble the transfer case. (cover tq. spec is 29 ft/lbs)
- Use the special tool (MB991144 & MB990936) to check that the bevel gear rotating drive torque
is within standard range. (1.23 - 1.81 ft/lbs)
- If the rotating drive torque is outside the standard range, adjust using spacers.
NOTE
For adjustment, use two spacers of which thickness is as close as possible to each other.

Sorry I couldn't be more help other than typing what's in the FSM, this is something I've never had to do. You may have some luck if you get a hold of Tim Z. (twicks69)...
