I read in vfaq about this problem, my question is, this problem is for all awd dsm? or there are any exception?

AWD 89-99. Its the Yoke sleeve that has a brass plug that does not seal properly. $47 and you get a repair kit from ExtremePSI. After you fix that, no more t-case leakage.

My transfer case started leaking after I did a tranny swap.

Bought the repair kit from extremepsi.com. No more leak.
