About to put a my stock 1g isc on an accufab mustang throttle body, and for the isc to work correctly the voltage needs to be .48v to .52v. Problem is i've adjusted the screw as much as possible and can only get to .75v. I haven't received the adapter yet, but I was curious if resetting the base idle adjusts the tps sensor voltage? I ran across an article with a google search in a mustang forum that dealt with high tps voltages:

"Did you try resetting the base idle first? The reason I ask is because the tps reading is based off the throttle body shaft. The position of the throttle body shaft is based off the base idle. So if the base idle was set incorrectly (too high) then it would throw the tps off by enough that you couldn't get it to a low enough reading."

You can reset the ISC easily by pulling the positive terminal off the battery for a minute. That will reset the ECU and ISC, then you can set the base idle by way of the vfaq article found here. Hopefully, that will in turn reset the TPS for you.

1G BISS Adjustment

If you have DSMLink you can make this work using the simulate the IPS from the TPS voltage function but not with a stock ECU.

The 1G ECU largely doesn't care what the absolute TPS voltage is and isn't going to know that the throttle is closed without you providing an IPS. DSMLink has it's own logic, different from the factory code for dealing with the TPS and IPS.
