About to put a my stock 1g isc on an accufab mustang throttle body, and for the isc to work correctly the voltage needs to be .48v to .52v. Problem is i've adjusted the screw as much as possible and can only get to .75v. I haven't received the adapter yet, but I was curious if resetting the base idle adjusts the tps sensor voltage? I ran across an article with a google search in a mustang forum that dealt with high tps voltages:
"Did you try resetting the base idle first? The reason I ask is because the tps reading is based off the throttle body shaft. The position of the throttle body shaft is based off the base idle. So if the base idle was set incorrectly (too high) then it would throw the tps off by enough that you couldn't get it to a low enough reading."
