That slip just shows how difficult it may be to get that 9.99. You will need to 60 significantly better than the already phenomenal 1.48 and trap at least another 5 mph to go quicker. Won't be easy but I wish you luck.

I agree, but we still have some more power hidden up our sleeves, somewhere. The mph in the 1/8 is way low, as the car is down on power right now. I think the car easily has a low 1.40 or high 1.30 60' in it.

Thanks guys. As Nate said, the car is way down on power currently because of having it detuned last time. Once we get more test and tune passes we'll get it back up and you will see the times dropping. Now that I know how hard the car will launch, I should have no problem dropping the 60ft's into the 1.3's by no lift shifting 2nd. The car only has driveshaft shop axles in the rear. And you ask if we are still on pump gas??????????? Geez guys, no faith.

And to tell you the truth, that was still the same old gas that we have had in the tank basically ALL season. No lie.

Nitro to Morgantown is about 2-2.5 hour drive....well worth it to see his car I think
