Do you have any idea on numbers with low boost? ( by low I mean in the 24 to 27 psi range)

What is this "low boost" you speak of? LOL j/k

On pump gas at 13psi (spring pressure) it made 365awhp / 330ftlbs.

I don't remember exactly what it made after that, but I'm pretty sure at 22psi on pump it made just over 500awhp. When we threw in the race gas we started at around 30psi and it was making mid 650's. From there up it was picking up roughly 20awhp per pound of boost.

FYI we will be at PRP this Sunday with the car to make a few shakedown passes. If Andrew actually launches the car hard and the pile stays together I'd like to see somthing in the 8.90 range at high 160's, but we shall see... :)

After that, if time permits, we might actually lean on the car a bit and turn up the boost.

I do not think the track will be open until next weekend... however Nate will be here at SBR tomorrow having a dyno day for a bunch of STI/ WRX's - if anyone is local stop by and say "what up".

Wow, the video with the fire made me laugh for some reason... Maybe it was the camera guy LOL

Good stuff. Give us some in car on the dash accelleration videos so you can give some of us stiffs a view at what you see from the inside. A fly by doesnt justify how fast you were probably going. I want to see what it looks like when you burry a dsm speedometer LOL.

Nothing special from the first time out, but getting closer. The two other passes we made the car trapped 153 rolling it off the line. The only reason it actually ET'd here was the launch. Look for some faster times next week :). The way the tank is setup it starved the fuel pump by the time it got in third gear. 5 gal cell FTW and we'll be back.

What if I said I pee'd in the tank - ??

Maybe that hurt performance - ??

My bad - I had to go!!

HAHA - j/k

You guys will get it - first day out is always tough... I am sure it will be rocking 8.90's at 160 plus in no time... nice work.

Slowboy -

hhaa 9.97 = slow = you wanna trade for my 12 second grocery getter??? :LOL :LOL

Nice work, was this also on pump gas, being that you are "team pump gas" i have to ask?? If so that is one great accomplishment!!

Thanks Huml!!!!

No pump gas, just C16 and 40psi :)

No it's on;y a couple months old not bad at all. This is exactly why nate will be on teh lap top when my build is done. Best investment you can make is tuning it right in my opinion. Slowboy is usualy where I get stuff that I don't want to skimp on because it's either so simple or so complex it's not worth saving money.

Nate any updates on this or you spending all your time with taht rwd monster;) Curious to see intake temps with the SBR fmic. I am thinking about picking one up as a christmas present to myself but not to happy with the old crew these days after my last part I ordered.

Andrew has been selling parts off of it on dsmlink forums. I will let Nate tell the story if he wants to.

Your right I do see his ad on link forums. I really don't have much need for looking at 98 part out threads seeing how is I have a 90 tsi which already has a turbo manifold smim and head which leaves the block and I don't want a 7 bolt

I wasn't saying you should have known.
