Well I got the car back on the dyno for some tuning yesterday, and I'm very happy with what the car laid down. Mods in profile.
Previous dyno: 251.5 whp 270.8 tq
Baseline pull yesterday: 255.6 whp 266 tq (Only changes between the two runs were the evo8 fmic install) It was also about 89 degrees this time compared to about 45 degrees last run, and much more humid this time.
Final numbers: 275.8 whp 298.6 tq.
When I started tuning, boost was set to 20 psi spiking, and holding about 17-18
Final boost settings are 22 psi spike, 19 holding.
Overall, I am very happy with the car now. I mean it is a 151k mile motor that has been never opened up, along with the original 14b that I did some mild porting on. I'm also very happy with the power gained under the curve, it feels like somebody threw a 16g under the hood
I'm working on gettin the dyno sheets up here.
