i am wanting to go for 700 to 1000 hp setup i am geting a kit for the dsm graveyard it is with manley pistons + rods and crank they said it is rated for 700 hp. im going with .70 trim turbo. 1000cc possabliy bigger injectors 225 fuel pump. what do you guys think. should i do anything to the head? the head is bone stock. my car is a 7 bolt 95 gst.

i am wanting to run 30-35 psi

Swap to a 1g head for better stock head. better up high flow..CAms, OS valves, port work.Yeah have fun.

You can only buy your way to a high horsepower car so far until you have to actually start knowing what to do. Or you're just going to break parts left and right.

Look at the maintenance list, upgrade path, and generic threads on people making 500hp. You'll see how complicated it can be to make that power level. Then quadruple that once you make the jump to 700hp+.
