id say maybe 350 hp. as far as times go....it depends on how well you drive it. you can have a 1000hp car, but if you cant drive for $h!t, you'll put up a lousy time

On 20 psi, i dont think you'll be much over 300hp. Have you ever consider switching to e85?

330-350hp thats with a good solid tune as far as times it depends on your driving skills but you should run low 12s to high 11s.
