the ridges that hold the camshalfts in what are those bolts that are on there suppose to be torqued at I tried searching and the haynes manual says nothing about it.

Wow, God NO. I too have the haynes manual, about 6 of them actually, and a Chilton manual. Neither say 110 ft. lbs.
