unorthodox camshafts

im looking at a 2g head for sale and they say it has unorthodox cams and gears. im looking everywhere to find information about unorthodox camshafts but i cant even find them. does anyone know if they even make camshafts. or is this guy pulling my leg.

L and M Machine shop .......They built it. You can call them and find out everything you need.
