1G Took the intake manifold and saw this

I was helping my friend remove his heads and there was a hissing sound when the car is on I believe these are vacuum lines any advice? Is the same car as mine but with a stock turbo .

Those are vacuum lines, yes. Related to emissions stuff. I can see one that's open to air/not connected to the other. They connect end-to-end, so if one is plugged up on one end, but nothing on the other, it's just open and possibly sucking vacuum/unmetered air.

Honestly could just delete them all. There's vacuum diagrams all over the forums here if you search.

So how would we go about deleting the vacuum lines
 
Plug them at their source which is usually the intake manifold on a port. They are EGR related and maybe the BCS runs its lines under the intake manifold, like that. As said, most, but not all of us, remove those items or disable them.

Sorry to bring this back. What sensors/plugs are on it? I remember taking them off, and my friend lost them in the process, and I dont know what they are to get a replacement for them.
