Will a 245/50/16 tires work on the gs 16 inch rims, and will thier be any clearance issues?

Those are huge. They will raise the ride height a bit. Might want to look into a 45 rather than a 50

Well tires that are on it now are a 205/55/16 and they look like pizzas. I like the look of the 88 iroc but thier 8 inch wide and thier 245/50/16.

You can comfortably fit a 225/50-16 tire on there to get a little more width.

Can't fit a 245 on a 7". 7.5 maybe but 8 is recommended.

pretty sure the factory 16's are 6.5" wide

235 is the widest on a 7 but it will have a slight bulge on the side. I did that for autocrossing on my g35. 225 is a safe bet.
