the timing skipped on my 1g and i re timed it now it wont start.so i checked the valves they are fine it has spark and gas. it justed pops. i re timed it again and again. :laser:

When you say it pops what exactly do you mean? What part of the engine is it popping from? If you have spark and gas than something has got to be going on with the electrical system preventing the car from starting. I would start off by double checking all electrical connections, make sure all grounds are secured tightly, and no wires are crossed over. Also check all fuses to make sure none of them are bad. If car is not cranking at all you can always take off the starter, hook it up to the battery directly and see if the shaft spins, if not then theres the possible problem.

i agree with compression test, but maybe somehow you blew your starter motor or maybe the ignition system is fryed? If you cant figure it out with in a day or two just take it someplace, i know it sucks when you have to pay for shit you usually could do by your self but it might be worth it just to get your DSM running agian
