Okay about a month ago I rebuild my entire engine. It has been running great since then. One day while sitting at a stop light it just dies. When I get the vehicle home I noticed a few teeth missing off the timing belt which was replace two weeks prior to this happening. Once I tore it down I noticed the the timing belt pulley on the right side of the motor that I believe runs the oil pump is exremely hard to turn by hand. Is this normal, or did the bearing go out in it. If I remember correctly when putting the first timing belt on it spun freely. Any advice on what could be the problem would greatly be appreciated.
