Timing Belt Change (What size bolts)

I started doing a timing job about a year ago and broke the balance belt pulley bolt off in the block. Since then I've grown the balls to attempt to remove it but I now have no idea what bolts go where and what size bolt I need to replace the one I broke. Is there a diagram or list of what size bolts go where. Thanks in advance tuners.

You're speaking of the timing belt idler, correct? Have you eliminated the balance shafts?

The Balance Belt idler, and no I have not. I don't plan on it due to funds and the overall task. Unless it would be a much better choice? It isn't a DD but I still want it nice.

Remove the balance shaft sence your already at that point and don't look back.One thing less to worry about.

well I was told you have to pull the engine to do a BSEK since you dont have enough room to pull the balance shafts out, hence why I haven't done mine.

No you do not have to remove the motor. It isn't fun but it's doable.

Isn't that a 8mm with 1.5mm threads - the BB idler pulley bolt stud size and thread pitch itself?

The thread pitch is a 1.25 . As for getting the bolt out, i would pull the oil pump and back it out with a chisel. IT should just turn right out if the threads snapped from over tightening.
