what to change with timing belt?

I have a 1992 Talon N/A. I'll be taking it to the Mitts. dealer to get the timing belt replaced. What other things should I have them do while they're in there. I heard some people say balance shaft?? Just please give me a list so I know what to tell him. Thanks alot!!

By Mitts. dealer do you mean Mitsubishi dealers? If so don't go there or any dealers if money means anything to you. Also I have no idea what you've done to your car and what you want to get out of it so I can idea what to recommend.

Its completely stock with 119,000 miles. I just bought it so I don't know the last time anything was changed. My goal is just to have a nice reliable car that can keep up with the honda guys who put mufflers on their car and call themselves import tuners. But mostly I want a reliable vehicle. Its a 5 speed and runs well I just want some assurance that I'm good with the belt for another 50 or so thousand miles. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Y It's a good idea to change the timing belt, water pump, and a full tune up. Probly a good idea to get a pcv valve, and egr valve, probly a few more things....?

You mean gas mileage?? Im not to sure i havent checked, the car has 119,000 on it
