Tial BOV flange leaking badly

I just did my first boost leak test and could only build 10psi. The main culprit is the tial bov flange. I took it off and tried using some copper spray, but it still leaks nearly as bad. I had the i.c. pipe powder-coated and the powder coater sprayed the flange. I'm thinking this is my problem. Can anyone affirm this will cause a major leak and is there any way to remove the powder coat from the flange?

your using the proper O-ring on the bov flange between flange and bov? if your using this gasket, a bit of powercoat won't effect the seal, my pipes are coated and I have no issues. Make sure the gasket is in place correctly.

Hmmm...I don't have such a gasket. I'll get on from a hardware store. I'm assuming it's just an o-ring?
