1G Throttle body shaft seals?

I want to hear some honest opinions about what might have / probably went wrong here. I'll keep it as simple as I can. Basically, I was driving around, steam comes out from under hood as I'm pulling in the driveway. I popped the hood, and the throttlebody itself seemed to be leaking coolant somehow. Took the lines off the TB, and bypassed TB. No more leak, but idles high because the FIAV thing is just sitting open. Not very much later on, it seems that above 8-10psi on my gauge that I hear this sound that can only be described as a high pitched 'WHEEEEEE" sound. Are my throttle body seals toast? I am 170 miles from my garage where I can work on my car atm, so a boost leak test isn't really an option.
Any ideas? Car idles at like 1500rpm, but if I put my foot under the pedal and bring it back toward me it drops to maybe 1100ish. So something definitely isn't right, it still pulls like crazy though.

For the sound on boost, I would check for turbo shaft play.. My throttle body leaked everywhere but it didn't make any noise, and from your WHEEEE description it doesn't sound like spool sound There's a possibility it could be a pre-turbo exhaust leak too, I had an issue with that, that drove me nuts for a good several months. For the idle/throttle pulling up make sure there's just a little slack in your throttle cable, it sounds like that's a little too tight.

I would check the turbo for shaft play as already stated. You def. need to adjust your throttle cable, which can be done loosening the 10mm bolts on the intake manifold that hold the bracket for the throttle cable. Make sure you adjust this when the car is at normal operating temp. because when the car warms up the heat makes things expand under your hood. As for the throttle body just buy a rebuild kit for it and replace the gaskets and shaft seals. From what it sounds like with the coolant issue the FIAV gasket is probably done for. It took me about 2 hours to disassemble mine, clean and replace the gaskets and shaft seals in my throttle body well worth the $50. Eventually you are gonna want to do a boost leak test.

You have the high idle issue because just unhooking the coolant lines to the fiav will in turn keep the fiav open forcing a high idle. You either need a fiav bypass plate or you need to do the free fiav delete mod...
