I have done alot of research and believe I have figured out a little bit the AR is the difference in size which will help to determine the spool time. I am definately going with external wastegate. I have been talking to jus on here and I may go with the 20 g and make it external but then I will have to replace the manifold and use a non t3. My goal it to be able to smoke my friends and anything around my small town, I this is going in a 1995 TALON AWD LIMITED SLIP REAR END 8:3:1 pistons wiseco manley rods acl bearings shaft delete kit SAFC CONTROLLER 3" MAF HUGE 30X8X3 intercooler hard piping WALBORO 255 FUEL PUMP 680cc INJECTORS. I really want to get a GT30R ball bearing turbo but the price is harsh. I was told to stay away from the T3/T4 Garrett as they are unreliable so this is my information. I have been searching everywhere and the turbo I want is hard to reach. With my upgrades what is the best turbo in your opinions that will get be in the 450-500 hp range easy thats moderately reliable I cant change my mind and have to stick with it but I feel maybe this last cry for help might lead me to the right direction.

Get Bigger Injectors for sure,no the GT30's are not reliable plus the ball bearing one isn't rebuild able. When mine broke down my friend told me about "Comp Turbo" i have a Ct43 70 trim and well its journal bearing so its rebuild able and it hasn't gave me any problems yet plus it is a powerhouse i am running 750fwhp on a street car using this but i also have a bosch 044 fuel pump which i recommend ,and bigger injectors probably 1150cc

garputo2... are you saying that your goal is 450 - 500awhp? If so your going to need some more supporting mods then what you listed. The wiesco pistons and manley (or crower, that are listed in your profile) rods are a great start. Getting to that level without cams, springs, retainers, and a set of ARP's with an MLS headgasket is going require some magic. Your profile is pretty mum as far as mods go, we don't know what you mean by "in progress". Can you fill out your profile with exactly what you have done to your car now, and then we can help more. Justin is very well educated when it comes to turbo's (from my reading on here) and so I'd trust his opinion. Also what fuel do you plan on running? (is e85 available in your area?)

GT30, isn't reliable

The GT series of turbos are extremely reliable & their failure rate is very minimal. For users that have experienced failure issues more then likely there was another cause such as improper oil supply, install error, etc. As far as I know they can be rebuilt but the cost of doing so makes it not a worth while option. Though last I heard, you can get a complete replacement CHRA & if they still have a "trade in" program, the cost to do so was resonable & comparable to the rebuild of a non ball bearing center section (depending on the damage done).

Stock valve train can get you pretty high up. New springs are for very agressive cams and for higher RPM. The cams just move your power band to where you want to make the power at in relation to the turbo.

Bolton 7blade hx35. If you change your mind and want more power, you swap out the bolton housing back to the original hx35 turbine housing and get a t3 manifold and custom O2 and you're set up for a 600hp turbo :)

The 60lb/min 7blade hx35 turbos are more expensive than the 54 lb/min 8blade hx35. So you can run that option too if you want and save money. Either way, either hx35 will net you your goal. If you chose to to swap to the t3 manifold and stock hx35 housing for the 8blade hx35, you will net more pumpgas power as you will have more power per psi, keeping boost down to net the same results.

Ball bearing...not reliable? Are you on drugs?

Just your average Garrett-copied journal bearing turbo. :boring:

No shit?

That's quite an impressive number- got any dyno graphs or video proof?

On here he said 70trim while his profile states 60trim. 1200cc injectors, BRIAN Crower valve train AND crankshaft(?) I wonder how long the valve train will last...

Nitrous as well; what kind of shot are you using and how are you controlling it? Are your 750hp numbers with or without nitrous use? Videos and/or dyno sheets please along with the type of dyno being used.

What kind of intake, exhaust and IC are you running? What PSI do you run and on what kind of fuel. Which duration of BC cams are you using (example 272 I/E). More information on your profile other than sound and body. Need engine/tranny mods and all assiciated with power. Are you using meth injection to prduce such high numbers or is it just from E85? What kind of tune do you run?

Too bad he's just a 15 year old troll who doesn't own ANY car.

That Talon he is claiming it the fifth car in a course of a week.

I follow him around and point out how much of a liar he is because it brings me great pleasure.

This grossly over-powered Talon he says he has is almost as good as this from the Mustang board:
