i don't have the hoses done in my car. I do know that road race engineering sells them though

Hey, has anyone heard about some kind of event that happens on Thursday nights at the Hooters in Pembroke Pines? A guy at work was telling me about it. I originally thought he was talking about the biker thing, but apparently this is import cars and stuff. Anybody got any insight?

Bike night is Wednesday. Thursday is a car thing. I haven't been but I know 5 or 6 people that go out there. I don't know how great it is, but it is for cars. This Thursday might not be that great of a turnout. Braggen Rites magazine is having a car show/party at club Millennium down in Miami. It's free registration and cash prizes so I imagine alot of people will head to that........

What's up everybody, I was wondering what type gas and oil you guys use?

I just want to get an idea what most dsmers prefer

I try to use Amoco Ultimate as much as possible. And I run Amsoil 10W-40 motor oil.

I use 93 Octane here, where ever its cheaper. Mostly 7 11
as for oil I use castrol Drive hard 10W-30

Well Im in St. Augustine on active duty with the National Guard. My 6 bolt eh? Well in about a month or so I will have a 6 bolt with Wiseco 8.5 pistons, Eagle Rods, removed balance shafts, worked crank, 3-angle valve job, ARP head studs, cometic head gasket, and fully balanced rotating assembly. Yeah it's built already. Just have to throw it in. My 6 bolt in my car now will be sold off to the highest bidder. I'll never go to Darren again for anything. But anyway I've decided on a 50 trim turbo and perhaps 720's with a DSMLink to get rid of the stupid misfire. But if i come down before I swap motors I'll be more than happy to show you the 6 bolt in there now.

Knifeedged and balanced. I got a tremendous deal on the whole car. Its a 90 GSX that was wrecked in the rear. I got all reciepts and spoke to both the machine shop and the assembler. I will be parting out the GSX. The car even has original WHITE leather interior.

1)motor pins keep getting stripped
2)top leaks when it wants to...........

***Attention South Florida DSM'ers***

On Sunday I will be cleaning out my garage. For those of you who have been by my place, you will have seen I have wall to wall parts for DSM's in there. I need to clear it ALL out by Sunday. This is my offer to you guys. On Sunday, June 1st, starting in the morning, and going on throughout the day, I will be selling EVERYTHING out of the garage. Anything that does not go will be picked up on Monday and sent to the scrap yard and used just for scrap metal. I have a LOT of useful and spare parts that you guys may need. Come by, make an offer (ANY OFFER!!!!! TRUST ME) or bring a truck and take it all, etc. I will not be running an inventory of parts so please don't ask about specifics. I can tell you that I have a little of everything. Flywheels, oil pans, brackets, bolts, MAS meters, IC piping, rods, 95 pistons, intake manifolds, camshafts, a high flow cat, cam gears, coolant pipes, basically ANY stock parts you could need. Please come clear this stuff out of my garage. Did I forget to mention, make ANY offer??? You need a part, and it costs $350 at the dealer, and you have $5 in your pocket? Sold!! I am posting this to give you guys a chance to get parts you may need before they just get trashed. Don't pass it up or you'll kick yourself later on. Aslan, thanks for the goodies! For everyone else, if you didn't make it out there and needed some stock parts for next to nothing, you missed out. I picked up a spare valve cover, 1G intake manifold, and some 1G cams ultra-cheap. Now all I need is some help installing the stuff....
