BLUF: Make an easily searchable, one-stop shop for time tested and proven aftermarket/upgrade parts that talk to ECMLink for those starting from an all OEM platform to those that have a far from OEM set up but want to run ECMLink.

Intent: To create a forum to consolidate the time tested parts from various build setups/specs in order to deliver a one-stop guide on what you can use to get your car running ECMLink with a power output for each build/part configuration. I understand that everyone has their build sheets but to take that and consolidate it in one place, just with respect to the parts related to effectively running the ECMLink, could save a person a lot of time from diving into each persons build sheet or piece together a bunch of random threads to see if they have the right parts to run ECMLink.

Background: I currently run a Microtech ECU but really want to switch over to ECMLink due to the huge support for the system and not being able to find anyone that can/wants to tune a Microtech. My setup, based upon the Microtech website and many hours deep diving on other forums to try and figure out the Microtech ECU, is very specific to the Microtech ECU (i.e. ignition coils, fuel injectors, fuel pump, etc.). I have contacted Microtech, ECMLink, Various tuners, and people across other forum platforms and have received no answers or clear direction on switching from my Microtech setup to ECMLink. I did not choose the setup but it was just the cards I was dealt when i purchased the car and I am sure there are other that have found themselves in a similar situation. That is the reason for me creating this thread, was to get an answer for myself on my specific problem. However, I figured that this topic could be generalized to help the community and future members that join.

ECMLink is a direct replacement of the stock ecu. If you change nothing in Link it is a lateral move. Anything and everything you want to know about using Link can be searched and found on the Link forum.
