Nutley,
New Jersey
So i went junkyard shopping this past weekend and i came accross for a second time an orange GST. I've seen this car a week before but was only interested in engine parts but the guy said the engine has bids on it and hes not selling any part of it. Anything else however goes. so i step back a little to take it all in, and i happen to notice green coilovers. Just to make sure i'm seeing what i think i'm seeing i lean over and check, nd lone behold I found meself some Tein coilovers. The guy told me he wanted 300 for the whole set. I tried bargening but he wouldnt budge. So i had them take 'em off for me, i brought them home, wiped them down, and they look BRAND NEW , not even a scratch on 'em, they are still shiny.
Before i took 'em tho i made sure they'll fit my AWD, found some websites and looked like the part number for a FWD and an AWD was the same, so i figured its gonna have to fit.
I cant wait to put on 'em next weekend. I'll post pics when i'm done..hopefully.
heres a pic of the set tho:
That rear one has the bolt still in there cause my dad was paranoyed whether it came with the coilovers or whether its a stock part from the car
. the other side of the car was missing the rotor, so hence only one bolt
