i need 300 whp!!

I have a 99 gst with few mods. i have a big 16 g turbo that has been ported,bov,short ram,3'' downpipe,full 3'' hks exhaust no cat,550cc injectors,upgraded walbro fuel pump,stage2 clutch,fidanza flywheel and a air n fuel controller. its been tuned and dynoed @ 240 whp @ 14lbs of boost. im looking for more like 300whp!!! Can anyone know what i need to reach my goal??? im thinking of maybe upgrading my cams.

ARP head studs and 20 psi should do the trick.
