This thread has been a fun read and I learned more about whp. The op was just asking what is whp not what he is putting down just to clear that up he just stated examples to help him to understand the concept.
OP- Like a few have stated about the dyno their are a lot of factors that go into price. You have the basic which is just the pull and a print out of what you put down. Shops that I have looked into do about 30-50 a pull or 3 pulls for 80. Were you live will also factor into the mater. If you just what a basic pull 80$ will get you that. If you are tuning well price goes up a lot 200$ an hour is the average I see.
Hope you get on a dyno just to get a fell for it before you start mods then you can really see what the mods to and learn what helps what first hand. Best of luck in you search for knowledge.
