Done search, but cant find specfic answer. Only install kit for 14b/16g.Im a newbie to dsm, I was told my turbo was making lots of smoke from my tailpipe.Still not 100% sure if that the problem. I bought a used t25, I cant afford 16g or 14b espically with the install kit. What do I need to install the t25, can I just used the old parts? Or need new parts ?
Any advice will be great. Thanks in advance!!

I odered new turbo bolts. Do I need the washer also? qty.?
I bought a FEL-Pro turbo gasket kit from O'Reilly.

You can reuse all the lines...

Just replace gaskets and crush washers and you'll be good to go. Good call on the turbo bolts, they always tend to break.

Gaskets
*Manifold to head
*Turbo To Manifold (Metal)
*Oil Return Line

Crush Washers
*Water Lines

Its never a bad idea to have a set of new turbo bolts laying around :thumb:

+1 for getting new bolts when trying to get a broken one out of my turbo it took forever with a vice grip pry didnt help the previous owner broke it off 3 years eriler and never tried to get out. ARP bolt kit fixed my problem

When I swapped my turbo out, the turbo bolts (maybe from extremepsi.com) were like $9/ea with washers. The banjo bolt crush washers for the coolant lines were pretty cheap, too. The oil return line gaskets (at each end of the return tube) are different, and the ones I got in the mail were the same. Check them before you install. I had to use an Xacto knife to adapt one of the gaskets (think it was on the turbo end, but I forget...over 4 years ago).

I'd also get a new O2/DP gasket. Mine was dry-rotted to hell. And if you're replacement turbo doesn't come mated to an O2 housing, you need that gasket, too. And if you leave the mani on the head, you don't need that gasket. If you do pull the mani for some strange reason, then you'd want new mani studs and nuts in addition to the gasket.
