Did somebody say the JR front mount
doesn't flow enuf to support the T04B?

He makes lots of different core sizes, many of which will be fine. I, myself, am going to be running one of his 26x8x3.5" cores, and that should be plenty with my T04B-H3.

Its also not recommended to re-use the manifold or downpipe bolts. Just as head bolts, after many years of heat cycles, torque and re-torque they will loose their strength. Its best to replace them with new OEM or Grade 8 SS bolts.

David,

I was just wondering if you happened to get my turbo out. Not a problem if you didn't, as I know you guys are busy at the end of the week. Just figured I'd ask anyways.

Thanks,

Jesse

Yes, we have been real busy this week. 5 shipped out for the Speed Factor promo and our usual sales have caused us to run out of actuators. They will be back in stock on Tuesday and we should be shipping again late next week. You should be at the top of the list, contact me directly with your email address and I will send you the tracking number as soon as I receive it.

hey yall, I just tried out my t04b-H3 today. I broke in my brand new motor with it only running ~12 psi. All I can say is this thing pulls hard. It needs a little bit of tuning still but it seems like it spools quick. I'll report back when I get it tuned better, right now I'm having an issue with one of my calipers and it I wont be able to fix it untill Friday so I can't drive the car again untill then. I'm verry happy with it as of right now, I cant wait to see what it can really do.

I know at 4,000rpms my car is like BAM and it starts pulling really hard. I'm only at 15psi now also, And just a few adjustments on the translator.

I noticed you don't have any cams. I get 15psi by 4100 and i have a built head with some Fp2's so i guess am right where i need to be

You only get 9? I get a bit more than that with the stock exhaust. I can't wait for my full exhaust!!! Then 2nd is just a monster! Pulls sideways!

I am on my way to put on my new racing harts!!! Bye :thumb:

Well it's hard to say being that it was the first time out driving the car so I was trying to monitor other things but if I'd had to guess I'd say around 4,000 maybe a little less. I also have the 264/264 combo and 8.3:1 c/r along with a FRH manifold and evo 3 ex manifold. All I can say is the lag is not bad at all and once boost hits I have to shift immediately. The revs just get up there really quick.

i recently had just purchased a to4b v trim also. i can't wait to get this on considering i had a 19c on the car before. it should be a night and day difference. i still have alot of work to do like putting a new headgasket on, mounting the new ic, running piping, etc. i'll keep you guys posted in a couple weeks how it turns out. its a in a fwd talon too.

Looks like the other one fipped over.. curve wise...

Well, we dont have our total costs on materials figured up just yet and then there's the mold (small fortune). But, we hope to keep the retail price at $199.

Could custom ones be ordered? Is there a benifit for running a CF intake? I know Skunk2?? makes CF intake manifolds, that are supposed to help with heat, is that the same concept for a CF intake?

well, I talked to Dave today and it looks like I will be in the to4b family soon. With my build sheet I think I should be posting some numbers you guys might like to see, that is if my car doesn't blow up on the dyno first OMG Sad to say I am currently running a mutant turbo with a cracked housing so this should make a huge difference.

Do you mean custom colors? We may offer that in the future. I'm not sure about the performance benefits just yet, we just thought it would sell based on the looks.

Custom length for people that have a maft or vpc setup that wanna run a filter outside the engine bay. I didn't think I would have any performance increase since its before the turbo.

That's something to consider, I'll put that down on the long list of projects we have for 2005. Thanks
