i need a compleat rebuild kit for a 4g63 a/t (torq converter gears seals the works)

Most rebuild sets don't include parts for a transmission since they are ENGINE rebuild kits. You also neglected to say if you have the stock 7 bolt or if you've swapped in a 6 bolt. Other factors would include bore size, bearing size. Talk to whoever is machining the block for that info and ask them for that info. You might also consider upgrading internal parts while you're in there but that would depend on your horsepower goals as well...
