Supposed to storm tonight- power windows wont go up/down

Hey guys. Layed my daughter in bed and then came out to put my windows up since ther is supposed to be a big storm tonight.

Power windows and seat will not work. Just noticed the switch for the power seat popped off. I must have bumped it. Windows worked when i got home and last drove the car.

Any ideas? Where are the fuses for the windows and seat.

Not a dumb question as i am a victim to this . That was the first thing i checked.

Found the fuse in the engine bay. It was blown so i swapped in my headlamp fuse temperary to put the windows up.

The power seat works now too so i am asuming they run off of the same fuse?

I put the switch cover back on the power seat switch but forgot to put the backing plate on before i put the switch cover on. Now i cant get the switch cover off. I dont wanna yank and have it break. How do you take this off?
