Just what the title states. What are the advantages of having a stutterbox, any disadvantages. I know it cuts fuel and timing to hold at a certain rpm point, but how does it work? 

) and I seem to get much better and consistest 60's too launching at 5500rpm. I plan to raise the launch RPM to around 6200rpm on a "slightly bigger" turbo next year.


i used to pull pretty damn cionsisten 1.7xx 60 ft.'s at the track last season and ill tell you they definelty felt the same if not a tad better. its all in the slip of the clutch.
