What are you wanting to know?

What are big bore lifters? You mean the 3mm lifters?

Unless youre running a chip with the AFC, go DSMlink.

Definately get dsmlink, especially since you have a '90 which already has an eprom. Also, I would go with a 3 inch exhaust. Might as well add a lightened flywheel on the list, or have your stock one lightened. Unorhadox pullies are horrible for our cars. Sell that POS and buy a fluidampr or ATI pulley. Please, for the love of your motor.

Scat rods (dont want a custom block with a rod thru the side), DP, Cat and Catback go a full 3"
Is this already built or are these the parts you want to use?
Look at what everyone else is running with 2.3/2.4 strokers and make your best judgement call.

Are you meaning a dog box transmission, or a Dogbox Racing Transmission Rebuild?

Your setup doesn't need a dogbox.

Also, I would reccomend Eagle rods over Scat Rods anyday, along with 9.0:1 Ross pistons with ceramic coating.

I would also reccomend a 3" turbo back exhaust, and using at least a 2.25" lower IC pipe with a 2.5" upper.

The RS49 is essentially a 50-trim. You will be maxing that turbo out pretty darn fast on a stroker.

the motor is built all ready wow it seem like this setup is shit LOL i guess i wont be goin fast afer all but we will see what happenes with it soon i am ording a 42r for it cause i know the rs49 is shit and it is the dogbox race tranny

Improvements?

Essentially if you have large cams you might be choking your car with that RS49, personally I'd look in to going with this next time.

3" turboback
Larger turbo
Kiggly girdle/brace (can't install that unless the motor was line honed with it on, or not line honed at all)
AEM standalone
Larger injectors
Larger fuelpump

Other than that you're on the right track, I had to re-do my setup in the middle of my build as well, good luck!

Honestly I'd say a pair of FP 3's would do your stroker a lot of good. They are proven to work best with stroker motor's.

I recommend Eagle or Crower rods, full 3" exhaust and another thing; AGP turbos are shit. They are badly engineering bolt-on and it has been proven that Turbonetics uses the worst CHRA internals for the rs60/rs49. And from what I went through and other they will no last 5,000 miles. Either the turbo itself will take a major crapper or the turbo will have turbo much back pressure and insufficient cooling due to AGP engineering.

If you're willing to spend that much money on the engine better not get AGP turbos. They will f-up the engine internals.

the only reson i have the rs49 is that i got it for 200 with no miles so i am gunna use that. i am ording a 42r very soon so i think that will help i think i might change the cams aswell

The setup you built will not handle a 42R. You are wasting money.

Going from a 50-trim to a 42R is one hell of a step. Why don't you try a 35R first.

You have absolutely no idea what it takes to run a 42R. I would suggest that you start researching before buying anymore parts if that is your goal.

FYI -- expect to be spending in excess of $7000+ on a dogbox now. That is not even including the upgraded transfer case, driveshaft, or axles or clutch.

The setup you built is made for a 35R or less.

Aaaaaaaaaaaand, the truth shall set you free!

This is ALL wrong.

All 90's do not have EPROMS, in fact the 90 EPROM is the hardest to find and are almost twice the price. I know because I've opened up 3 90's and all were not EPROM. I bought a blown one for $50 and had it rebuilt for like $150. Instead of buying the $300 on ebay. Also the Unorthodox is fine AS LONG as the engine is blue printed and balanced. You have realize that undriven pulleys work less efficent with the accessories, but put less work on the crank to turn them. Depending on what you are doing with the car, you may or may not want this. The Fluidampr one is a good alterative. As for the Flywheel, it all depends on your goals on what to do with the flywheel.

3" exhaust I agree with since you are running the AGP RS49.

Scat rods are fine. They are basically a copy of the Eagle's and if you read the past posts on Scat rods they have been above and beyond 600hp. Don't know why everyone rags on them when there are only 3 threads on here about them and all say good things.

I think that the 50 trim is being under rated here. I meet a guy a few weekends ago with the 2.4 Stroker and a FP 18G and is pushing around 25 psi and is moving right on down the road :sneaky:

Just because your are flowing a little more and don't have the lag that a 2.0 does with a 50 trim doesn't mean that you are out flowing the turbo WTF

I say rock that 50 trim ! ! !

BTW, I realize that you in fact said you was going to run the turbo but I was just letting it be known that I would support that choice. Upgrade when necessary not for the hope of lag :p

well i am using the 50 trim till i am bored of it. i have other things to do befor the turbo. so thanx for the suport with the 50 trim for now. and thanx for the scat opion that helped me out ill use them if they go they go then ill start over.
