Stripped head bolts

the exuast manifold holes in my head are stripped ... well the 3 on the far left side and the 3 on the far right side ... what should i do to fix them ?

Have them Heli-coiled. See http://www.emhart.com/products/helicoil.html but you can also get them at NAPA. Also search this forum for stripped exhaust manifold.

Pull them. Soak them in PB or other penetrating fluid for a day or two, then get a pair of vice grips around the non threaded part and carefully unscrew them from the head. If you have trouble getting it out, just keep working the stud back and forth to free it up.

Ignore my last post. For some reason my bass ackwards self kept thinking you said you stripped the studs. I must be working too hard...
